Combatwords June 17, 2011: Work Work Jerks

I've become a work work jerk. I used to work to survive. Now I work for the sake of my own glory. My towering office is a metaphor for my own ego. How despicable. I feel like the protagonist in Falling Down must have felt before he lost his job. Everything makes a sort of misanthropic common sense. There is so much bullshit everywhere, but at least work makes sense and at least my work orients me in this disorienting dystopia.
